Intoduction

University of Al-Maarif (UoA) is committed to ensuring equitable graduation outcomes for all students, with a focus on monitoring and addressing disparities related to gender, socioeconomic background, and other underrepresented groups. The Graduation Equity Tracking System provides data-driven insights that help the university identify barriers, measure progress, and implement targeted interventions to promote academic success and timely graduation for all students.

Key components include:

• Systematic data collection and analysis of graduation rates across different demographics
• Identification of gaps and challenges faced by underrepresented student groups
• Targeted academic support programs such as tutoring, mentoring, and career guidance
• Policy development and continuous improvement to ensure equitable access and outcomes
