Scientific and Practical Collaboration Between the Department of Forensic Evidence at the College of Science and Anbar Police Directorate

As part of strengthening scientific and practical cooperation between academic and security institutions, an agreement was reached to establish a joint scientific collaboration between the Department of Forensic Evidence at the College of Science and the Forensic Evidence Investigation Department of Anbar Police Directorate, under the direct supervision of Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Khalaf.

This agreement aims to support the practical training of students in the Department of Forensic Evidence through organizing field visits and holding specialized lectures delivered by experts in the field of forensic evidence. This provides students with the opportunity to observe the nature of work in this field and learn the standard procedures for evidence detection and crime scene management.

It is expected that this collaboration will enhance students’ scientific and practical expertise, linking theoretical knowledge with field applications, in line with the College of Science’s goal of preparing specialized scientific cadres capable of serving the community and various institutions.
