The Department of Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Clinical Pharmacy at the College of Pharmacy – Al-Maarif University organized an awareness activity titled “Blood Pressure,” supervised by Prof. Maysa Ali Abdel Khalek and Dr. Ammar Yasser. The activity aimed to raise health awareness about hypertension, highlight its risks, and explain prevention methods, as well as emphasize the importance of regular check-ups and maintaining a healthy lifestyle to reduce complications.
The activity was carried out by students Ayham Sami, Ahmed Khalil, and Ahmed Bashar, and included distributing educational brochures to inform about the disease and prevention measures, reinforcing the College of Pharmacy’s role in promoting community health awareness.
