College of Nursing Organizes a Scientific Seminar Titled “Protecting Women in Crises and Health Emergencies”

The College of Nursing, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center and the Women’s Affairs Division, organized a scientific seminar entitled “Protecting Women in Crises and Health Emergencies.”

The seminar was attended by a number of faculty members, students, and interested participants. It addressed key topics focusing on the health challenges faced by women during crises, mechanisms of protection and psychological and social support, as well as the legal and institutional roles in health emergencies, in addition to prevention strategies and rapid response measures.

This event comes as part of the college’s efforts to enhance community awareness and highlight ways to protect women in exceptional circumstances and health disasters, contributing to the support of public health and strengthening effective emergency response principles.
