Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Al-Maarif University regarding the enhancement of joint cooperation between public and private colleges, a delegation from the College of Engineering Technologies at Al-Maarif University, headed by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Rabee’ Al-Dahhan, visited the Middle Technical University – Electrical Engineering Technical College in Baghdad.
The delegation included the heads of departments of the College of Engineering Technologies: Lect. Mohammed Mansour Nafi, Head of the Department of Computer Engineering Technologies, and Lect. Alaa Hamed Mohammed, Head of the Department of Medical Devices Engineering Technologies. An agreement was reached to sign a memorandum of understanding to enhance scientific and technical cooperation between the two sides in curricula, laboratories, scientific visits, and accreditation examinations.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Shujaa and Asst. Prof. Dr. Enas Jawad Kadhim, during which ways to develop academic cooperation and implement research and training programs that serve the needs of the labor market were discussed.
