The Director of the Continuing Education Center, Dr. Mohammed Ismat Sino, participated in the International Training of Trainers (ToT) course on Soft Skills Development, organized by the Northern Technical University / Mosul, in cooperation with Al-Khaleej College and the International Institute for Training and Institutional Development. The course aimed to enhance leadership and educational skills and to improve the quality of academic performance in higher education institutions.
The course featured a comprehensive training program that combined theoretical and practical components, including lectures and training activities focused on developing communication skills, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and the application of soft skills in technical and vocational education, as well as adopting academic practices in accordance with international standards.
This participation represents a valuable addition that contributes to supporting the academic journey of the Department of Computer Science and enhancing the expertise of its staff, positively reflecting on the educational process and the development of higher education outcomes.
