On Wednesday, 8th October 2025, the Department of Civil Engineering at University Of Al-Maarif held a practical training for second-year students to deal with distances between parties directly, for example, the distance between two points that cannot be reached; establishing a column on a straight line from a point located on it, make a straight line between the signs, and measure the required distances and then apply the triangle similarity relationship to find the unknown distance.
