On Sunday, 29th October 2025, the Department of Nursing at University Of Al-Maarif paid a scientific visit to Noon w Al-Qalam High School, distributed awareness brochures to students and presented an awareness short movie to students about the methods of self-testing of breasts, to complete the health awareness programmes for the prevention of breast cancer, and gave a copy of this film to the school administration to benefit from it in the future to reduce the spread of the disease.
This activity was supervised by Asst. Prof. Dr. Mahasin Talib Mohammed Head of the Department, in collaboration with the Unit of Women’s Empowerment at the college
