The College of Science at Al-Maarif University held a workshop in cooperation with the Anbar Departments and the Center for Continuing Education at Al-Imam Al-A’dham College.
The College of Science at Al‑Maarif University organized a workshop titled “Mechanism for Filling Out the Idea and Proposal Documentation Form.” The workshop was conducted in cooperation with the Anbar departments and the Center for Continuing Education at Al‑Imam Al‑A’dham College, with the participation of a number of staff members from both scientific and administrative departments.
The workshop aimed to clarify the approved mechanisms for documenting ideas and proposals and to highlight their importance in supporting institutional development and enhancing a culture of quality and continuous improvement within academic institutions.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Shaheed Jameel Kharbeet, Assistant Dean of the College of Science, who presented a detailed explanation of the steps required to complete the approved form, the basic criteria for formulating ideas and proposals, and the mechanisms for their follow-up and evaluation.
This activity comes as part of a series of scientific and administrative initiatives through which the College of Science seeks to improve performance levels and reinforce the concepts of organized institutional work.
