The Continuing Education Center at Al-Maarif University concluded a specialized training course titled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Improving Administrative Transactions,” targeting employees from the Ministry of Oil and the Ministry of Trade. The course addressed practical applications of AI in automating administrative procedures, analyzing data, and improving efficiency in institutional performance. At the end of the program, a final examination was conducted to assess participants’ understanding and the achievement of training objectives. The course reflects the center’s commitment to supporting digital transformation and enhancing the capabilities of national administrative staff.
