The Continuing Education Center at Al-Maarif University organized a specialized training course entitled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Improving Administrative Transactions” as part of its developmental program aimed at enhancing administrative and technical skills among government employees.
The course targeted staff from the Ministry of Oil and the Ministry of Trade, focusing on developing their ability to utilize artificial intelligence technologies to improve efficiency, accelerate procedures, and reduce human errors, thereby enhancing institutional performance quality.
Participants expressed positive engagement and emphasized the importance of digital transformation and adopting modern technologies to advance administrative work in line with national modernization efforts.
