Scientific Visit of the Anesthesia Techniques Department to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Ramadi Teaching Hospital

The Anesthesia Techniques Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies organized a scientific visit on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Ramadi Teaching Hospital, with the participation of first-year students, accompanied by the department coordinator, Dr. Mohammed Jamal Mansour.

The visit aimed to enhance students’ practical experience, familiarize them with the workflow inside the ICU, and introduce them to modern medical devices used in monitoring critical cases, in addition to linking theoretical knowledge with practical application within healthcare institutions.

During the visit, the hospital’s medical staff provided a comprehensive explanation of the nature of work in the unit, patient care procedures, and safety measures, which contributed to enriching students’ knowledge and developing their professional skills.

At the conclusion of the visit, the department leadership and teaching staff expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the administration and medical staff of Ramadi Teaching Hospital for their warm reception and fruitful cooperation, wishing them continued success in fulfilling their humanitarian mission.
