Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Moneim attending. The meeting focused on monitoring research ethics, emphasizing honesty, integrity, justice, equality, and objectivity. Members reviewed researchers’ compliance across various fields, ensuring the safety of participants and living organisms. Key discussions included consent procedures, biosafety standards, environmental protection, and institutional commitment to ethics. The committee agreed to establish formal ethics criteria and written commitments for researchers, ensuring adherence to ethical standards in all research proposals.
Digital Citizenship Awareness Brochure – Building a Safer, Responsible Online Community
As part of efforts to enhance digital awareness and promote responsible technology use, the Department of Computer Engineering Technologies at the College of Engineering Technologies produced an awareness brochure on digital citizenship. The brochure explained the role of the digital citizen in protecting society and creating a secure digital environment. It emphasized responsible behavior in cyberspace, the importance of cybersecurity in protecting digital identity, and reducing electronic threats. The brochure also highlighted users’ rights and responsibilities and the role of universities in equipping students with safe technology skills. The college stressed that digital citizenship represents awareness, responsibility, and protection for individuals and society.
Workshop on the Mechanism for Filling Out the Idea and Proposal Documentation Form Held at the College of Science, Al-Maarif University
The College of Science at Al-Maarif University organized a workshop titled “Mechanism for Filling Out the Idea and Proposal Documentation Form” in cooperation with the Anbar departments and the Center for Continuing Education at Al‑Imam Al‑A’dham College. The workshop aimed to enhance institutional development by clarifying mechanisms for documenting ideas and proposals and promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Delivered by Shaheed Jameel Kharbeet, Assistant Dean of the College of Science, the session explained the procedures for completing documentation forms, setting criteria for proposals, and ensuring effective follow-up and evaluation within academic institutions.
