University of Al Maarif has signed a scientific and cultural cooperation agreement with Ufa Islamic University, located in the city of Ufa — the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Russia. University of Al Maarif was represented in the signing by Prof. Muthanna Abdul-Wahab Al-Moula, Secretary-General of the University Council, while an official representative from Ufa University signed on behalf of the Russian side. The agreement provides for cooperation in academic, research, and cultural fields, including the exchange of expertise, educational and training programs, and the possibility of student and faculty exchange between the two universities. It also includes organizing joint conferences and workshops that serve both institutions. This partnership aims to strengthen the international relations of University of Al Maarif and open broad educational and research prospects for students, in addition to enriching the academic environment through communication with a prestigious Russian university known for its excellence in technology and engineering.
