As part of its efforts to strengthen academic and research partnerships among higher education institutions, a delegation from University of Al Maarif visited the Scientific Research Authority to review the service centers affiliated with the Authority and discuss mechanisms for activating the agreement previously signed between the two parties.
The delegation included:
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Khalaf – Dean of the College of Science
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Saadi Abdulkarim Jasim – Assistant Dean of the College of Dentistry
- Lect. Dr. Mohammed Ismat Sino – Head of the Computer Science Department
- Lect. Dr. Mustafa Jabbar Khudair – Head of the International Relations Department.
The visit aimed to establish practical cooperation frameworks that include field visits, joint scientific activities, and the implementation of research projects in various fields, contributing to supporting the academic environment and enhancing the level of scientific research at the university.
Both sides also discussed prospects for future cooperation by strengthening integration between the Authority’s research capabilities and the academic expertise of University of Al Maarif, in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s vision to promote innovation, creativity, and the connection of scientific research with societal needs.
This step aligns with Al Maarif University’s vision of building strategic partnerships with national scientific institutions to provide advanced research opportunities for students and researchers and to develop their capabilities in the fields of scientific and intellectual advancement.
