Aims
1- Graduating specialized people in law for government and private sectors with their legal needs such as (legal consultants, legal experts or workers in legal offices).
2- Graduating scientific people to work as legal advisors, legal experts, executive staff or attorney generals in courts.
3- Preparation of experts in legal issues for defence or to work as lawyers in legal offices.
4- Preparation of people with legal education that qualifies them to pursue their postgraduate studies in Law and its various branches.

Department of Law in Al-Maarif University College tries to occupy a leading role among departments of Law in academic institutions inside and outside the country to be a place which attracts people looking for excellence in Law to be specialized in this field.
Mission:
The department aims at presenting the best scientific and academic teaching methods. It also aims at being the lighthouse for academics to prepare teaching programs and methods that help spreading lawful awareness, justice requirements, protect rights, general rights, and crystallizing lawful ideas. All of these contribute in amending society and reality issues.
