On Tuesday, 16th January, 2024, the Dean of Al-Maarif University College Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abd Al-Malik Abd Al-Rahman assembled with the first-year students in the presence of the Deputy Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Muthanna Abd Al-Wahab Jumaa.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean congratulated the students on the occasion of their admission to the college, and provided several instructions, including the necessity of adhering to ministerial controls and instructions related to student affairs, stressing that the course of the academic process is represented by adherence to official working hours, uniforms, and mutual respect with their colleagues and professors, as well as clinging to noble human traditions and values.
The Dean urged the students to make efforts, persevere, challenge, and develop their academic skills in order to achieve a distinguished academic year decorated with success. As he pointed out the college’s keenness to provide all the scientific and academic requirements and provide the appropriate conditions.
At the end of the meeting, the Dean confirmed that the Deanship’s doors are open at any time to all students, listen to them, answer their inquiries, and solve the obstacles they face, wishing them success and excellence.
This meeting came as an expression of the Deanship of the College’s keenness to make new students feel concerned and cared for, as well as to sharpen their motivation in order to advance the student’s academic level, keep pace with development, and achieve creativity and individuality.
