Al-Maarif University College has established an organization named the (Empowerment of Women to achieve the following actions of gender equality and give all women and girls more power.
- End all racism against women and girls in all forms.
- End all forms of exploitation, including gender and other forms, against all women and girls in both the public and private sectors.
- Al-Maarif University College has sought to end all forms of discrimination against all women and girls by holding many seminars and awareness campaigns. This will help raise community awareness of the vital role of women.
- Al-Maarif University College has tried to eliminate all forms of violence against all women and girls in the public and private spheres, including trafficking and sexual and other types of exploitation. Many cases have been dealt with by private committees that hold many secessions to eradicate any kind of the above abuses that might take place.
- Al-Maarif University College policy helps in conducting lectures, especially to women to educate them about all harmful practices, such as child, early, and forced marriage.
