Prof. Dr. Raed Ubaid Al-Subhani, accompanied by the Assistant Dean and the Coordinator of the Anesthesia Techniques Department, visited the College of Health and Medical Technologies at the Middle Technical University. The delegation met with the Dean of the college, Asst. Prof. Dr. Adnan Hussein Mahmoud, on Monday, January 19, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, several important academic and scientific topics were discussed, most notably the signing of a scientific cooperation memorandum between the two colleges. The memorandum stipulates joint cooperation in academic, scientific, cultural, and research programs and disciplines, in addition to organizing educational and training programs and exchanging expertise in areas of mutual interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement also includes cooperation in developing curricula, exchanging academic perspectives on assessment examinations and mechanisms for their preparation and updating in line with quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements.
