The meeting was attended by: <br>1. Asst. Prof. Dr. Ibtisam Taher Al-Abousi \u2013 Committee Chair <br>2. Prof. Dr. Maysaa Ali Abdul Khaleq \u2013 Committee Member <br>3. Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Moneim \u2013 Rapporteur <br>During the meeting, the following points were discussed: <br>\u2022 Methods for monitoring scientific research ethics in terms of values such as honesty, integrity, justice, equality, and objectivity. <br>\u2022 Reviewing the degree to which researchers adhere to research ethics across various fields of studies and experiments involving living organisms, and ensuring the safety of researchers and research participants. <br>\u2022 Discussing the research projects submitted to the committee to verify compliance with scientific research ethics regulations. <br>\u2022 Ensuring the protection of the rights and safety of living organisms. <br>\u2022 Confirming that researchers obtain consent from the living organism or its representative. <br>\u2022 Implementing biosafety standards and environmental protection measures. <br>\u2022 Emphasizing the commitment of the university administration, academic staff, technicians, students, and employees to scientific research ethics.<strong> <\/strong>At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to establish fundamental criteria for determining the Scientific Research Ethics Form and written commitments for academic researchers, and to follow the necessary ethical standards when submitting research proposals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the morning of Tuesday, 2\/12\/2025, the members of the Scientific Research Ethics Committee convened.
