University of Al Maarif was represented in the signing by Prof. Muthanna Abdul-Wahab Al-Moula, Secretary-General of the University Council, while an official representative from Ufa University signed on behalf of the Russian side. The agreement provides for cooperation in academic, research, and cultural fields, including the exchange of expertise, educational and training programs, and the possibility of student and faculty exchange between the two universities. It also includes organizing joint conferences and workshops that serve both institutions.
