A Learning Seminar about Writing Legal Research<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Wednesday, 8th November 2023, the Department of Law at Al-Maarif University College held a workshop entitled (The Mechanism for Writing Research according to Legal Research), in the presence of the head of the department, several lecturers and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop included reviewing the proper legal research methodology from the choice of the subject identifying the problem and establishing a hypothesis for solving the problem based on legal texts, jurisprudence and judicial rulings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
