The brochure explained the role of the digital citizen in protecting society and creating a secure digital environment. It emphasized responsible behavior in cyberspace, the importance of cybersecurity in protecting digital identity, and reducing electronic threats. The brochure also highlighted users\u2019 rights and responsibilities and the role of universities in equipping students with safe technology skills.
