It was delivered by Mustafa Sajid and Ruaa Basheer, who presented insightful analyses and illustrative examples. The event was attended by Muthanna Abd Al-Wahab, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, along with faculty members and students. The agreements were signed by the Deputy Dean for Scientific Affairs, Mahmood Abd Al-Razaq Abd Al-Rahman, on behalf of the Dean, in the presence of Faris Mahdi Alwan. The memorandums included cooperation with Kharazmi University, University of Ilam, Tarbiat Modares University, Technical and Vocational University, and Bu-Ali Sina University.
