The course was launched as part of a management skills development initiative targeting public sector employees. It was organized by the staff of the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences in cooperation with the Continuing Learning Unit at the College. The program aimed to enhance participants\u2019 administrative, accounting, and inventory management skills, improve institutional efficiency, and support professional development.
