As part of its strategic alignment with the <strong data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"978\">United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation)<\/strong> and Iraq\u2019s national development priorities, UOA has established an expanding research portfolio focused on <strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1247\">water resource management, water quality monitoring, wastewater treatment, sustainable irrigation systems, pollution reduction, and community water awareness<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1899\">Research on water at UOA is conducted collaboratively across multiple faculties, including the <strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1506\">Faculty of Medical Devices Engineering, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Education, and the Sustainability and Environmental Research Unit<\/strong>, in cooperation with external stakeholders such as municipal authorities, water laboratories, and community organizations.
