In the Iraqi context, where rebuilding communities and institutions is central to national progress, gender equality plays a transformative role in fostering social cohesion, inclusive growth, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>University of Al Maarif (UoA)<\/strong>, as one of Iraq\u2019s leading private universities, has made gender equality a central pillar of its institutional strategy. UoA recognizes that empowering women through education, research, and leadership opportunities contributes directly to Iraq\u2019s Vision 2030 and aligns with the <strong>Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research\u2019s National Strategy for Women\u2019s Empowerment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through inclusive admissions, supportive academic environments, gender-responsive policies, and leadership development initiatives, UoA promotes a <strong>culture of equity, respect, and opportunity<\/strong> for all members of its academic community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.
