These policies are designed to ensure that parents have the necessary <strong>flexibility, resources, and support<\/strong> to succeed academically and professionally while fulfilling their family responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key features of the parental policies include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maternity and paternity leave provisions<\/strong> for students and staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexible scheduling and remote learning\/work options<\/strong> to accommodate parental duties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Childcare support and family-friendly facilities<\/strong> on campus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Awareness programs and counseling services<\/strong> to guide parents in balancing educational, professional, and personal responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Through these policies, <strong>UoA<\/strong> demonstrates its commitment to <strong>inclusive and supportive practices<\/strong>, fostering a campus environment where <strong>parental responsibilities are recognized and accommodated<\/strong>.
