The <strong>Non-Discrimination (Women) Policy<\/strong> guarantees that female students, faculty, and staff are treated with <strong>equality, respect, and fairness<\/strong>, and have full access to <strong>educational, professional, and leadership opportunities<\/strong> without bias based on gender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key elements of the policy include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strict prohibition of gender-based discrimination or harassment<\/strong> in all university settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Equitable recruitment, admission, and promotion practices<\/strong> for women<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clear reporting and accountability mechanisms<\/strong> to address violations promptly and effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Awareness programs and training sessions<\/strong> to foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and gender sensitivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this policy, <strong>UoA<\/strong> demonstrates its commitment to <strong>gender equality, safe and supportive learning environments, and inclusive excellence<\/strong>, fully aligning with <strong>SDG 5 (Gender Equality)<\/strong> and <strong>SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions)<\/strong>. The policy ensures that women can <strong>thrive academically, professionally, and personally<\/strong>, contributing to a fair, equitable, and empowered university
