University of Al-Maarif (UoA)<\/strong> recognizes first-generation women<\/strong>\u2014those who are the first in their families to pursue higher education\u2014as trailblazers of change and empowerment<\/strong>. These women often face significant academic, social, and financial obstacles<\/strong>, yet they demonstrate extraordinary resilience, determination, and leadership<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

UoA is deeply committed to empowering first-generation women<\/strong> through scholarships, mentorship programs, leadership training, and targeted academic support<\/strong>, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to excel.
