The policy included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>new governance arrangements for Al-Maarif University College gender-based violence initiatives ensuring strong representation from all stakeholder groups and direct lines of accountability to the Vice-Chancellor\u2019s Executive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;progress in the development of a central repository for the collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;monitoring and reporting of data and reporting of data on gender-based violence across students and staff that will enable a more effective analysis to inform future work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;participation in the National Student Safety Survey on gender-based harm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;delivery of Respectful Research training to HDR staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;development of a specialist training and decision-making resource to support senior officers in the hearing of student conduct matters involving gender-based
