Significant levels of disparities proceed as significant obstructions to SDG8 advancement. Accomplishing a significant number of the different SDGs relies upon progress under the SDG8 targets. Preparing the approach needs, instruments, associations, and assets that SDG8-related intercessions can bring is in this way pivotal for finishing all types of destitution and diminishing imbalances while guaranteeing that nobody is deserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al-Maarif University College is committed to achieving the following goals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>no forced labor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no modern slavery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grants equal rights to its workforce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pay scale in evaluating its employees by performing job appraisals on regular basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eliminate pay gaps to impose equality between university members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, Al-Maarif University College designed and implemented the policies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Related to job discrimination within the university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Related to job appraisal that will help in motivating employees within the university in achieving the overall objective of the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That helps in developing the workforce in the university which will aid the organization to elevate its potential to contribute to the sustainability of the Iraqi economy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-query is-layout-flow wp-block-query-is-layout-flow\"><ul class=\"wp-block-post-template is-layout-flow
