psychological resilience, emotional stability, and personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfaf Mission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To provide professional psychological services, preventive programs, and awareness campaigns that support the university community in coping with academic, personal, and social challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator depression, stress, grief, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Group Therapy Sessions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Psychological Assessments and Screenings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Academic &amp; Career Guidance Counseling<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emergency Psychological Support<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshops on Mental Health &amp; Self-Care<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Awareness Campaigns on Mental Wellness<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Referral to External Specialists (when needed)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr
